• Shipping & Delivery

• We charge a flat rate of $5 per order up to $50, then $10 for any amount over $50. You have to select the correct shipping method based on your total when checking out. If there is as mistake we can either refund or charge the correct amount.                                               

• At this time, Jumpin' Jack's Drive-In Inc.  ships merchandise to  locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
  
   If your place your order before 2:00pm EST, your item will be shipped  out on the same day. Any time after that the order will be shipping by  the next business day. We strive to get your order out quickly and  accurately, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may cause a  slight delay in shipping.
  
  You will receive from us a tracking number as soon as the item as been shipped.
  
  We do not offer any postage insurance and nor do we offer any at this  time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web  site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping  carrier.
  
  If there are any special instructions that the  shipping company needs to complete the delivery please provide this  information in your order so we can relay that to the shipping company.
   
• Return Policy
• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of  the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Jumpin'  Jack's Drive-In Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures  at any time without prior notice to you.
  
•  How To Return An Item
  
  Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned,  unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within  30 days of your purchase.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
  
  Return Exceptions
  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  
  Exchanges
  If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your  clothing item for a different size . We will not charge you for return  shipping, you can also exchange your shirt also during normal business  hours during our open season, but you will have to pay for the return  shipping.
